This policy explains how ASTROFLUX LTD (Company No. 16242326, registered office 13 Caythorpe Street, Manchester, M14 4UD, United Kingdom) collects and uses personal data when you use tpproduct.uk. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Order data — name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), items ordered.
• Payment data — processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data — basic logs (IP, browser) for security and fraud prevention.
• Preferences — currency choice and cart contents, stored in cookies/local storage on your device.

Why we use it

• To fulfil your order and send order-related emails (performance of a contract).
• To meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
• To protect the Store against fraud and abuse (legitimate interests).

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Store: payment processors (Stripe; cryptocurrency gateway if you choose that option), our hosting and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), and delivery carriers. Some providers may process data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Order records are kept for 6 years as required for UK tax purposes. Technical logs are kept briefly for security. You can clear cart/currency cookies at any time in your browser.

Cookies
